Every service is customized to the client, from major transformations to simple maintenance, with a focus on healthy, polished, expensive-looking hair that still feels like you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
General Policies To protect my time, preparation, and custom service work, the following policies apply to all appointments: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours may result in fees and require a new deposit to rebook. A no-call / no-show will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances. Deposits are applied only to the final balance of the appointment or extension installation for which they were originally paid. All custom purchases, including custom-blended color, extension hair, and special-order items, are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.
